Work alongside apprentices on active job sites to model proper technique, safety practices, and professional conduct.
Assist the Master Electrician in supervising student performance and providing real-time coaching on electrical tasks.

Collaborate with the Master Electrician and Project Manager to align worksite activities with training goals.
Support jobsite coordination, including layout, material staging, and troubleshooting during each phase of construction.
Review and help interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and scope-of-work documents with students and subcontractors.
Uphold and promote a high standard of workmanship and jobsite cleanliness, ensuring customer satisfaction and student pride in their craft.
Related Instruction (RI) Support (as needed):
Assist the Master Electrician with hands-on shop demonstrations and practical assessments when required.
Reinforce classroom concepts during fieldwork by connecting theory to application.
Qualifications:
Faithfully Catholic, submits to Church Authority in all Her teachings.
Licensed Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
Experience mentoring apprentices or working in a team-based construction environment.
Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and current industry practices.
Ability to model patience, integrity, and excellence in both craft and conduct.
Ideal Candidate Will:
Be passionate about forming young men and women into capable, confident tradespeople.
Enjoy teaching through doing—guiding others while working shoulder-to-shoulder on real projects.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with students, instructors, and jobsite personnel.
Be organized, dependable, and solution-oriented in dynamic field environments.
